“Power Moment Wednesday”

Beloved,

As we prepare for today, I want you to stop and consider all the good things in your life.

I am well aware that you are waiting on God to open new doors of opportunity, new doors of blessings, but right now, take a break from focusing on what you want and be grateful for what you have.
I cannot stress to you how important it is to maintain a spirit of “Gratitude for new Altitude”. In fact many of the things you want are on the other side of you being grateful for the things you have.

How can God entrust you with MORE, when you don’t show appreciation for what you have?

This may be a difficult word but it’s the truth.  Our society tells us to be in a constant pursuit for the NEXT BIG THING.  Everyday we wake up to new advertisements telling you that what you have is not enough.  You need a bigger house, you need a bigger car, you need more children, you need a richer husband, a prettier wife. No wonder why you don’t have peace.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE PEACE IF YOU ARE NEVER SATISFIED.

So right now, I want you to spend 5 minutes and do a “Gratitude List”, this is where you make a list of all the things and people in your life that you are grateful for. Make a list.  Sometimes I say my Gratitude list aloud, sometimes I write a journal entry or I’ll even text myself my gratitude list, so it’s with me on my phone. This will be one of the most important spiritual disciplines you will ever do.
WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR?
HOW HAS GOD BLESSED YOU?
Are you able to talk to GOD WITHOUT asking GOD FOR ANYTHING AT ALL?

    Great word
I’m grateful that my parents trained me up to know Jesus loves me, no matter what I go thru.
I’m grateful for my home, where I can find peace.
I’m grateful for children who are still searching to find Gods love for themselves.
I’m grateful that I know that GOD is real in my everyday life. Grateful for his grace and mercy I’m still alive.

    Thank you for the message
