A native of Southern California, Bishop Hines is a true over-comer of inner-city challenges. By combining his 28 years of ministry experience with 20+ years of public youth & adult programs for workforce development, he’s a mobilizing champion from the pulpit to the street organizations to work together for change. He poised in Pastoral & Business leadership in community, government, and international relations. He has served as Director of Youth Development (WOIA) for Metro Community Ministries in San Diego, CA. He was instrumental in the development & implementation of a program that took former rival gang members and training them to recruit at-risk youth to leave the gang behind and change their life. He is driven by his passion for keeping the gospel (MESSAGE) relevant to the challenges of today, Bishop Hines uses his gift as an Apostle to preach the gospel, coach pastors, and other community leaders on reaching the urban populations.

He’s a energetic, servant-leader who is a savvy career & executive coach for leaders. A life long learner, he recently graduated from the Faith Leaders Training Institute at Lynchburg College in Virginia for community mobilization purpose. He holds and a Masters Degree in Ministry for Pastoral Leadership and a Bachelors Degree in Theology both from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, GA. He was installed a Pastor by his father in the ministry, C.O.G.I.C. General Board Member, Bishop George Dallas McKinney, Sr.

In 2019, he was elevated to the episcopal office as a consecrated Bishop in the Lords church. He currently serves on the Executive Board of Kingdom Builders Fellowship Inc as Bishop of Protocol. As an experienced consultant for various organizations, he is known for strategic planning & marketing, program design & performance implementation, qualitative & quantitative controls, compliance monitoring, and building high performing contracted services.

Currently, he is actively engaging as a Consultant to multiple faith & community organizations. He is poised and ready to guide your organization in planning, leadership coaching, fundraising, or preaching to move your vision from concept into fruition!
