Beloved,
If you were to be honest today, you have been waiting on God to do some things in your life and it can feel as though you have been waiting in vain. When is God going to heal my Body? When is God going to save my marriage? When is God going to deliver my children? When is God going to restore my joy? The time between God’s Promises and God’s Provision is a difficult time. I know you get weary. I know you have doubts. But HOLD ON TO YOUR FAITH.
Every promise God makes is fulfilled within the time-frame or manner we might expect. God kept His promise to Abraham to make his descendants as numerous as the stars of heaven and to return them to the land of Canaan. But, He did not do it during Abraham’s lifetime, nor even during the lifetime of his sons and grandsons.
The Children of Israel waited 400 years for God to deliver them out of Egypt and back to Canaan. In the end, God will always show himself strong, for God is faithful. The question isn’t whether or not God will keep His promises to you, but whether or not you have faith in Him to keep His promises.
Though things may get difficult before they get better. God has promised you a final victory. A victory free from pain and sorrow – and He will show Himself faithful. I’ve included a sermon in today’s message. I pray it is a blessing to you.
